BBK LT install progress

BBK LT install progress
ok guys I started an hour and a half ago. Car is on a lift at my buddys shop. So far I have everything off and I need to take out the 8 bolts holding up the K. I had the most trouble with the steering rack and the bolt holding it to the steering shaft, I just couldn't get a tool in there to pry it apart.
Tally so far:
2 guys
a LOT of tools
6coors lights (2 cases in fridge reserve)
half a pack of ciggarettes (plenty in reserve)
minimal cursing and swearing at my car.
I'll keep ya updated as I move along. P.S. for any of you who are going to or have done LT's without dropping the K, you should be sainted. Don't be afraid of the K!!! it makes this SO much easier.

Oh and when you bought the LTs did they send bolts for it to hook up to the mid pipe? They sent me O2 extensions but no bolts so im just curious. BTW i bought mine from brothersperformance

well, its 230 am. We are bolting the K back up right now, or at least attempting to.... my god
first of all, I will NEVER do this again (until I need a clutch HAHA)
second, I honestly dont know how you guys did this without dropping the K it has got to be impossible.
If any of you are thinking about installing yourself, make SURE you have a set of ratcheting wrenches (gear wrenches) there are a few bolts that are impossible to get. Ill give you more updates and let you know which parts are the hardest.
