Default Looking into getting cams

Im looking into gettin cams. Ive done a little research so far, but there are things that I still dont know. I really like the VT Stage II cams off of vtengines.com. Can someone enlighten me on how much everything cost, and how much performance they noticed from the cam swap?

if your keeping your stock heads, get the stage ones IMO but you can do the stage twos, with either one you will need a tune reguardless of who tells you that you wont need a tune with the stage ones, you will. valve springs and retainers are a good idea for either but its not nessisary with the stage ones. as far as me, it made a night and day difference, for me, the car pulls right up to redline and wants to keep going, deff a noticable difference, esp after the tune, BTW i have stage ones

Yeah

Stock heads= Stage One
Ported/Aftermarket heads= Stage Two

Thats what VT told me. I think they're running a sell on cams right now. . . .
