Default Do I need a Tune for Exhaust. . .

I have finally gotten around to putting on my LT headers and H-pipe (school was delaying me) and I have heard conflicting reports about tuning the car. Some people have informed me that I need a tune to get the full gain out of my new setup. Other people have told me it’s not needed. I would like to know the actual verdict on this question. Any help would be nice. From my understanding, a tune would be nice to do to the car but not necessary for the modifications I have. About how much do tunes cost too?

I put a catback on my cart after already having a tune and it threw off my tune. Crazy huh?

Gotcha.

Depends on where and what kind. I would say anywhere between $100-$400.

If you have a hand held flash tuner it doesn't hurt to use it, but a dyno tune's a waste of money without some more work done.
