Default Car squeaks when turning?

My buddy's 00 v6 squeaks kinda loudly when he makes turns, at any speed. What does he need to do to get rid of it? I assume he needs to lubricate something, but I'm not sure exactly, and what would he need to do it himself?

Outter tie rod ends. Jack up the car and shake the wheel side to side. Grab it at 3:00 and at 9:00. If there's play and you hear the squeek it's the outter tie rod ends most likely. You can see it move. Grab the wheel at 12:00 and at 6:00 and shake it. If there's play there it's ball joints. You can see the ball joint play if there is any.

Thanks for the tip, I'll have to try it tomorrow if I get some time.

Hey breagles, do you have any track times on anything but street tires, cuz I would think you'd have much lower times with that much power and some good tires and suspension?
