No it comes with like a little paint brush, brake cleaner, and some paint in a little tin can, and a stirring stick.

Does it come with directions? I am guessing you just take off the wheels and then tape around the caliper and paint? Some advice would be greatly appreciated

Ya in the box is an aerosol can degreaser, tape for areas around it, and a can of paint with a brush. It's liquid paint in a can, not aerosol.
