Default Wing delete

Has anyone attempted to remove their wing? I think my 03 gt would look better without it..I'm going for a "clean" look. It seems like the holes in the trunk could be problematic. Would it be easy to plug them so it wouldn't look bad, or should I just find an unspoiled trunk to replace it?

My wing is off my car. Just go to lowes or something and get some plastic or rubber plugs and something to seal it with. Heres some pics http://i157.photobucket.com/albums/t...obra/003-1.jpg, http://i157.photobucket.com/albums/t...obra/002-1.jpg

These cars definitely look a lot better without the wing, IMO.

Has anyone been quoted by a body shop how much they would charge to feel in the holes? Probably a rediculous amount. I personally like the look of the spoilers removed, but on when there are wider than stockwheels in the back.

Depends on the wing for me. 99-00 wing is a keeper but I just dont love the 01-04 wing.

^^^ I'm actually the other way around. I like the '01-'04 but not the '99-'00. I still prefer wingless over both of them, though.
