Default Catted or Offroad UPR X....??

I'm definitely going to get a UPR X-pipe to match up with my SLP LM1s right now and then switch it over to an 03 cobra with bassani catback (if trade works out)...
I don't know whether I should go with a catted or O/R pipe though
Emissions for me wont be a problem, so the pros for O/R I guess would be slight performance gain and almost $100 cheaper
Pros for Catted would be a little Quieter and no smell that o/r has

What would you go with?

With LM 1`s, I would go with catted. I had them with a magnaflow catted x and it was pretty loud. I think non catted would be just too loud.

IMO unless your really worried about noise levels there isn't any reason other than emissions to use a catted midpipe. The smell isn't something you notice all the time... the exhaust shouldn't be coming inside the car!

I fear O/R might be TOO raspy/loud while a catted could be louder than stock but tamer than o/r
I wish there was a clip of these 2 catbacks with a UPR pipe
