?? don't know of any difference between them. im pretty sure all 8.8 gears are the same,hell mine came out of an '89 coupe.

I know, the only other difference is that it says they are made in the Usa and the other one doesn't say anything. I will probably just get the cheaper ones.

The cheaper one says that the pinion is not included. You gotta read the fine print.

It say "pinion NUT included", the other says "ring and pinion only"--the $239 set is an "A" revision part number which generally means it's the latest and possibly upgraded part...
