Default ceramic brake pads? please help

I have the special edition bullitt brake package with slotted rotors and the rotors really eat up the pads. I wanted to get ceramic pads put on because of dust reasons. I have heard that some ceramic pads are noisier than others. Can anyone recommend a good set to me? And how does the braking compare to the carbon pads?
Thanks

I just put ceramics on my explorer because the lifetime metallics were noisy and eating up my rotors. nasty grooves in them. I like then alot better... quiet. Might have to change a little more often then metallics but cheaper and quieter.

I have Akebono Ultra's, full ceramic on all 4 corners, NO dust, No noise, stop on a dimebut they are NOT cheap. I'm sure some of the other high quality ceramics are almost as good but less money, good luck.

I have ceramic pads on mine.
Got them at Carquest. They make no noise compared to others I have had but there is no brake dust which is why I got them in the first place.

I have a similar questions I just bought the Hawk pads from American Muscle and was wondering if they are good pads?
