Default GAS MILAGE (help needed)

Currently im getting really bad gas milage, what can be done to improve it and what can be the reasons for this. My car is lightly moded, Injectors, 2.5 Cat, K&N Filter. Got both sensors replaced not too long ago along with the fuel injection.

Thank you,
Fellow 4.6

Why did you upgrade injectors? You may be dumping unneeded fuel in the engine.

I'm thinking he just got brand new injectors. Or if you got bigger injectors thats your problem.
