Thanks for the replies everyone. I should have mentioned that I do put my key in the acc. position while I buckle up. Just a habbit I picked up.

Mine will will take 1-2 and then possibly die when I don't give it gas, almost like it's carburated. If I give it a little gas it fires right up. Don't really understand it. [&:]

When you put a blower on your car, you are increasing parasitic loss. It now takes X more energy for the starter to crank it as hard as it did before you put the blower on. Since I am sure you didnt switch your starter to a stronger one, it takes your starter that much more time to get the engine going, since it is not cranking it as hard as it did before you put the supercharger on the car.

I was thinking that could be it Zander. I just wasn't sure. When I got out of work today it started up in like 3 cranks.

my car has 89k on it and it fires up sometimes right when the key fully gets turned. i dont thinks its ever taken more than 1sec to start up.

I could be wrong but I don't think it has anything to do with being S/C because I see a lot of N/A guys complain about the same thing. My car does the same thing and I'm N/A and yes I also turn the key on before I put my seat belt on. I've noticed it's worse after setting for a while but if I start it up shortly after it's been running it starts up no problem. I think this is just one of them annoyances we all have learned to deal with[:@]
