Default installing plenum

there is no egr gasket there was not one when i took original off either? Get one or go metal to metal?

A gasket is probally not a bad idea... i think you would most likely spring a leak with the metal to metal idea. just my .02

oh well i put it on just for the hell of it. and yes i am getting that whistl from somewhere when i give it gas.

Not sure where yet.

Does anybody know where i can find a IAC gasket, and a EGR valce gasket?

Its probably just the new sound of the intake from the increased air flow. Unless it sounds "odd" haha! When I put my new bbk tb/plenum on it sounded quite a bit different, a lot louder suction sound.

I think any hardware store would stock gasket maker material. It's just a big piece of gasket material and you can cut out the shape you need. Or you can get some silicone gasket material (that comes in tubes, can find it near thread lockers, etc.) but you need to make sure that you don't flood it with the silicone because it might seep quite a bit into the port and cause restriction of flow.
