Default Underdrive pulleys...belt...

I have yet to install my new underdrive pulleys but I was wondering can I use the stock belt on the car or will I need to find a smaller one? If I do need a smaller one how do I go about locating the correct fitting belt?

The stock belt fits fine.BTW,make a line drawing of the belt routing before you remove the belt.

stock belt.. and yeah, it's handy to take a picture or something of how the belt was routed. its not as simple as you might think to get one of those serpintine belts back on!

you should have a picture of your belt route under your hood..as for a future tip...first thing you wana do when putting that belt back on is kinda fold in and run it in between your tensioner and idler pulley and loop in around your ac condinser

I concur! LOL I looked at mine and was like "ok... I got it, no problem" Then I took it off and waited an hour and tried to remember and I sat there and scratched my head for an hour before I finally figured it out. LOL

when he's talking about getting underdrive pullies he's talking about getting smaller ones right. so it will spin faster? or is he just talking about replacing the stock pullies w/ steeda pullies @ w/ the same size? if thats the case what is the advantage of that?

NO you are fine, if i am not mistaken-these pulleys are light weight, but the same exact size-which is why you can use your original belt. since the pulleys are lighter they spin faster easier thus freeing up HP to the engine...if im wrong someone please correct me
