i had it come on about3 weeks ago and took to advanced auto and the said it was a vacume leak so he thought my gas cap was loose so i took it off and put it back on to make sure it was tight and thenabout a week ago itcame on again could it be asensor going out or what could it be

ok i will get it when i go to get it cleared again

 

i have the code and it is a EVAP emission control leak (small) is what the paper says on it that he gave me the code is DTC P0442

and he thought is may something to do with my cruise control because when i set it it lower 3 or 4 MPH and then shoots up 3 or 4 MPH over what i set it at and it goes back to were i set it

 

look where the filler neck meets the gas tank. mine threw the same code and it had a small leak there.
