Quick ???? about pulleys

if i install a s/c would i have to take the aftermarket pulleys off. or can a run a vortech or paxton s/c w/ steeda underdrive pullies? Thanks guys for ur help

sure you can do it, but you probably wont build much boost.. nah.. remove them.

Thanks, im just try to decide if i should go fi or not. cuz if i dont go fi i would get 4.10s, steeda tri-ax, headers, steeda pulleys, Nitto 555Rs and densecharger. if i was goin fi then i would get 3.73s, and the s/c. im still tryin to decide [&o] what do u guys think i should do?

you would notice more of a power increase with the s/c

the thing is that atleast with me... id rather have more mods done to my car and be somewhat slower, than just waist all my money on a supercharger and call it a day.... i bet im the only person here that would do that... but id rather have a GT will ALL the bolt ons u can get... other than a GT thats stock everything with a supercharger.... i know it sound weird but whatever... ... but i mean u have a new mid pipe and catback... i gueuss id get the supercharger... but dont get 373s or atleasy id get the charger... the shortshift kit and headers or a TB... thats how i would do it if i was going the supercharger route

of the situations i stated above which route would give me better 1/4 mi time?

JD what do u run in the quarter?

I ran a 13.02 @ 104.87 mph with every possible bolt-on besides TB and plenum. I now have a 70mm TB but having some issues with it. Your best bet is FI.

All the bolt ons you would get diifer, from NA and force feed...differ injectors, feul pump, TB, ect... this is because you will be making more power. I would 100% go supercharged...

yeah but i was thinking of getting a small used s/c cuz thats all i can afford. a Paxton 1000 producing 5-6psi. plus it wouldnt be able to afford to buy a new fuel pump, injectors, etc. so i would have to go w/ a small amount of boost [&o] would that still give me a better time than doing all the bolt ons?


Just a quick ?? is ur car a 13 second car cuz ur in the 13.__ or do u have to be less than 13 seconds to be considered a 13 second car?
I always wondered about that?
