ok so i recently took that palstic peice off to see what was underneath my boot and wow nothing but road i thnk the person before me had taken something off and now its extremely loud like theres no insolatin between me and the road and i really want to quite it down. How can i do this w/o it catching ne thing on fire because that area gets very hott. Thanks.
