Default LS1

just for my own knowledge, does anyone know if you can fit a LS1 OR LS2 in a stang?? Im not wanting to do it but it crossed my mind

I believe ppl have put them in Mustangs and then the Mustang is the fastest thing EVAR!!1

LS1 conversions for help.

Dude if they can put car v8s on a motorcycle..im sure it would be pretty easy to put an ls1 in a stang

I don't know why anyone would want to do that . I'm sure it can be done.....

i dont know if id want to get a chevy engine in my ford automobile lol , chevys are cool and all, but if i wanted a chevy, id buy a chevy... id rather get the lightning engine and dump it in the ford... i wonder what kind of #s youd see in the 1/4 mile with that set up

Yea i have seen an LT1 in a fox body. The guy was really cool till he told me that he did that... then i kinda walked away shaking my head. why put something almost as cancerous as rust in a beloved mustang?

they make tubular k-members for the Chebby small block swaps, seen it in a Jeg's mag

I dont have any desire to do it. It just crossed my mind and i wanted to know if its been done. Even though my favorite car is the mustang i dont have the ford chevy fued. If its american and has a v-8 in it, im all smiles. But i agree with you all on the 5.4, and slap a s/c on it.
