Default New motor...any differences?

hey guys. i just put an 02 gt motor in my 99. i know they changed the water pump, but is there any other changes in the motor from 99-02?

amount of bolts on the heads are different i believe, and cam gears

Compression ratio is different but it is a negligable difference somehow but they make the same power.

Flywheels are different sizes and a different amount of holes on it.
