ORX+Flowmaster American Thunder?

Default ORX+Flowmaster American Thunder?

I just ordered the american thundert kit because the slps just didnt sound like a muscle car!!!!!! I plan on instaling the new super 44 when summit gets them in they sent me the wrong ones on mondays, i wanna know how lound the american thunder is with the orx?

it will be loud but it wont be as muscle car sounding. an xpipe makes the tone a little higher pitched. some call it raspy, although i dont think my exhaust sounds raspy lol. its hard to explain, there is a great thread of nothing but clips though. you should check that out

When you first install it give it some time to break in. I have american thunder supper 40,s and a ORX and it was raspy as hell at first but after about 500 miles it was sounding really good but it all depends on what you like.

The BBK is kinda more like a "hybrid" X. Not quite an H but not quite an X either. If you use ,say, a Magnaflow or UPR or SLP X, it will sound much "rappier" than the BBK.
