noone makes cutout specifically for anything, they are all universal

is it worth it? how much power gain am i looking at? do mustangs sound good running straight?

you probably wont gain much power and it will be rediculously loud to drive around with them open. my buddy had them on his mach 1 and it sounded kick ***, loud as helll but its basically a showoff button for parking lots and tunnels

You'll lose power if anything on a stock or mildly modified car.

you can put them anywhere, they typically go before the muffler, and if theres room before the cats so ts basically like running open header. he had dhm cutouts and they are a new low profile type so it was basically a small rectangle cut out of the side of the pipe and welded on then a swith opens and closes a valve

FYI, they're illegal in most states on street cars. Also, as stated, unless your engine is designed to run open exhaust, you'll more than likely lose power...not to mention the time it takes for the computer to figure out what you're doing to it.
