Default after clearing codes....

how many warm up cycles are required because the emission machine OK's me to pass inspection?
how far do i have to drive mileage wise, or will warming it up be just fine.

basicly my computer keeps throwing codes. one for having the 160 therostat but its 95 degrees out lately so its not going to throw that code again. it said "coolant temp insificient" but thats because i was running it on the highway under 195 degrees at the time. the other codes are for 02's which i seem to put new ones in every damn year. My car runs rich as a son of a bitch so i guess they just get cloged and the computer can't read them after a while. The place im having it inpected at is 4 doors down from mine so i just let it sit and warm up every day a few times but i was wondering if there is an actual amount of miles i have to drive it like a "drive cycle" or if a "warm up" cycle was be ok....every manufacture is different and im not sure about the late 90's ford OBD2 computers and what they need exactly after having the codes cleared. It seems i can go about 30 miles and go WOT a few times before it comes back on for the 02's also. But then again i've driven around for 300 miles with out hitting WOT and it didn't come back on which is why im confused. The code also could have just been pending but thats why im asking all these questions. thanks
