i have the automatic 2004 mustang gt, i have CAI so far, should i bother modding it anymore since its an automatic? would it be worth it?

 

yes........5 speed here....get gears and a predator to stiffen and change shift points, you'll wish you never looked down on her

 

get a better torque converter and tunning and that will 600+ hp. also it will more concistant at the track.

shouldnt you be in like high 12s extremely low 13s

dude autos rule. i hate when ppl put down an auto. i ahve one although i too would prefer a 5 speed but i don't dislike the auto. you can make them faster or atleast sift better than standards. the only real thing you'll lack is the fun of driving a stick but as far as mods go its all good. i ran a 14.3 stock. now i have alot of bolt-ons and hope to be mid to low 13's by spring
