I just priced a whole new exhaust. All SLP, LT headers, X pipe, and catback and it came out to just under $1500. I was wondering is that was too much. Here is the break down, headers $720, X pipe $418, and catback $360. I thought it was a little high and wanted to see what you guys think. Thanks.

do not pay $720 for headers! get BBK or Mac ceramic coated LT's for more than $200 less!

 

Thats what I was thinking. The other two things didn't sound that bad but the headers sounded too high. And 635 for a catback! That better have been installed.

 

SLP is a little pricey and I personally wouldnt use them just for the fact that they cater to F bodies. I would go with BBK or MAC personally. I paid $1200 for my LT's, Bassani X, Magnaflows and install.

 

ehh, too much for the LTs, the catback is good and the midpipe is average.

 

Thats a really good price. Where did you go to get the stuff?

SLP's catback isn't that expensive, its cheaper than Magnapacks by like 60-100 bucks. The x-pipe must be with cats i would assume and the headers, uh yeah thats alot for headers.
