6 disk not working, does yalls do this?

6 disk not working, does yalls do this?
Everytime I tune to a radio station, the name of the station, the artist, and the song title scroll on the radio. All is fine and dandy, but it scrolls the info twice, then it just pauses until I hit some button. It would pause for 20 hrs if I didnt hit anything on the radio and still display counting crows from like 20 hrs ago. WTF is up with this? Is it normal, can I fix it? Am i fcukeD?

If all stations are doing it, I would say it's broke.
Try removing the fuse for the radio for 10 minutes or so and see if it heals itself.
If you can't find the fuse, just disco the battery for 1/2 hour or so.

anything is worth a shot, its annoying....so your constantly displays rolling information no matter what? Unless that radio *station* does not supply it?

just turn that feature off. if you go into ur menu buttom u can get it not to show the name at all and just the station. just go to the point where it says name and click up and u can change it.
