1-2 hrs if all goes well. Get a can of PB blaster, not wd-40, PB blaster and soak the manifold nuts in it. Allow them to sit for about a half hour, really soak them in it. The passenger side will be a bitch. I belive the nuts are 13 or 15mm. I cant remember. Use a deep socket, about 2 feet of extensions and a swivel joint. That should be all you need. The passenger nuts are really the only hard part. It takes a little bit to figure out how to position the ratchet to get em out but its definitely doable. Good luck!

I really want a mac cattless h (stainless). I'm just worried about emissions. Think I can get away with it? It's not my daily driver.

Just get the car tested, swap out the stockmid pipe for the o/r H and keep the stock one stored away. Then when emissions comes around again swap the stock one back in and get re-tested.

definetly if its not your daily driver! Ive got an offroad and I'm an inspector so I dont have to worry about it, but years ago when I had no certification, it was easy to find shops that pass people, and no one rarely looks for those, at least in Houston anyways.

The only hard part is the outer bolt on the right manifold, the joint will definetly be needed! All else are cake!
