ok guys, quick size question. the tires im getting are offered in 245/45/ ZR17's, as far as i know thats cool, am i right, my wheels are 17x9 cobra r's. i do want the tires to look like they have some meat to them

265x35x17 should fit easily... could probably go witha 275</P>

 

275/40 ZR17 will look nice. Its a little wider than the stock GT tire which is 245/45 ZR17 and is the same tire used on the Cobra to give you an idea as to how it looks

 

ok, i was never good with tire measurements, tripseven7, the 265 is the total circimference right, could u please explain that and wont the added width rub my wheel wells??

 

no rub.. check my mods i am running 265 x 35 x 18 with a 1 1/2 drop and no rub..it looks great, will get pictures up when i get unpacked... 265 is width 35 is height 35percent of width= height 18 is rim size...
