Default Clutch or Transmission problem?

I am having a problem shifting if I turn the A/C on ( after 10 minutes ) or if I drive for 30 min. turn the engine off and come back 10 minutes later and drive.

Does the Mustang have a clutch cable or is it hydraulic?

Do you think that it's a clutch or transmission problem?

Any suggestions?

It's very difficult to shift, like I'm forcing it into gear
