what suspension packages are out ther that will help me hook up better at the track but still be my daily driver?

They say it will, but they also say it varies from stang to stang which IMO makes no sense, so I am trying to figure out what it will drop, IDK

Is there any danger in removing the front sway bar? I had the impression that the v6 model doesn't have one?
