Hey guys, has anyone had a problem with the speedcal. Everything looked fine the first 2 to 3 hours of driving after I got it hooked up. but the mileage went to all dashes and the speedometer quit. That wasn't the troubling part..... The Trac control light stays "off " and the check engine light came on at the same time as the speedo problem. any thoughts?

 

Sounds like your connection to the VSS went open. Check it where you spliced in the new connectors.

 

You were correct!. one of the pins had backed out because I had forgot to put in the pin lock. I was in a hurry to try out the new 4.10's and KC clutch.

 

nice fix. How do you like the KC clutch?? Good replacement for stock? Is it heavier or lighter than stock?

So far I love the clutch, It either feels almost like the stock one should have or I drove the old one with a bad throwout bearing for so long I forgot what it felt like to be normal. At any rate, I like it........ especially at about 5800 RPM's
