Default Performance upgrades

ok i'm looking for some cheap/less expensive performance upgrades that i can do in my driveway with pretty much basic tools but i have alot of tools. I own a 99 V6 Vert. Body with a 2002 V8 motor and T45 trans. any input is appreciated. I am decently technically inclined also. Thanks Everyone

Well, first off, get an exhaust. Striaght pipes FTL [:'(]. After that, go for a mid pipe. O/R H-pipes can be found for $130 - $150 new or less used and MIL's can be made at home for under $10 or bought for $25 - $50. Then there's always intake, TB and plenum, and/or shifter. All of those can be done in a driveway with hand tools.

For some basic mods that arent to much and can be done fairly easy i agree with 96GT226410 and recomend

longtubes
o/r mid pipe
catback
short throw shifter
cai
trottle body
intake plenum
