What is the recomended fluid capacity?

What are you guys running? Synthetic or the reg stuff with Ford additive?

DON'T USE ROYAL PURPLE. everyone buys royal purple,but they don't make 75-140w which is reccomended for your differential. use 3.5qts of Motorcraft 75-140w with 4oz of Motorcraft friction modifier.

i haven't been able to find 75w-140 RP ANYWHERE around here..all they have is like 75w-90 or some ****..all my buddy's gears whine like a b**** when they run that stuff..i only run MC.

i use lucas synthetic. im from indiana and lucas is huge around here. they just bought the colts new stadium for like 100 million. they have good products, i think people just dont know about them.

We stock Royal Purple 75w-140 at YearOne. I use it personally, and I love it! if you have the stock diff cover, use about 2.5 quarts. If you have something like the TA Performance diff cover, go ahead and get about 4 quarts, but you won't use it all.
