Default front end alignment ahhh!

So i lowered my car and put J&M caster/camber plates on it. took it to an alignment shop. They tried to align it. Ifirst asked them if they knew how to do an alignment with aftermarket caster/camber plates the guy said yeah. So he comes back a hour later, saying he can't align it. he said he couldn't get the strut to go toward the fenders far enough.
So nowmy **** is off 1degree! He said he was going to have to take the whole suspension apart and align the lower stut. how do you align the lower strut on my car is what i want to know. He said he needs to move the strut 1/4 inch more toward the fender wall, but then he went on and on about having to rip the suspension out and drill holes in my strut tower, ect.
So look under the hood with him i see that the fourth bolt hole is holding up the show (i didn't drill it right), not letting him move it out towards the fender wall. I really don't need it (so the install kit says). so i took the car home took the4th boltsout took it back. came back to the shop try to explain this to him, he really didn't want to listen to me. and just said well it is going to be a couple of hours of labor. i said for what? he said to make sure the suspension is ok and nothing is bent.
what, what i then said he can move the caster/camber plates the 1/4 inchhe needs now. But he didn't even want to hear me out. So i saidthank youand started to leave. he asked if i was going to pay. i said for what, you didn't align it. you said so yourself and i left. the pic i took are just the way the machinic left the plates, now doesn't it look to you guys that now you can move the plate more towards the fender or am i retarded.
so does anyone know of a shop that is good in southern NJ. becuase that would be great.
