is there any difference between the 5.0l in the 1990-1992 mustangs and the 5.ol in the 94-95 mustang??

is the 94-95 slower cause its heavier??

 

Probably due to the added weight. The engines are for the most part identical. There's some minor differences, such as coil location and stuff like that. Actually I just remembered that 5.0s up until '92 had forged internals which makes them a little stronger and better for boost but doesn't affect stock power output.

Not sure why this is in the 4.6 section though...
