I have my stock 4.6 with aroung 400 to the wheels. what all do i need to Be safe and get alot more HP. And what would the price be for this stuff? What stuff do you guys use as far as forged internals?

I may be wrong, but you're probably looking at 1,800 to 2k for the crank, pistons an beams. Get the complete block for around 2,500.

You don' t have to, but if you got a sh*tload of cash sitting around why not upgrade to stage II or III heads with a nice aggressive cam.

im just looking to get over 500 rwhp. I know ill have to build up the tranny and the rear end..

You have a vortech!Firm up the bottom end and don't worry about changing heads and cams. Once you do that, up the boost and see how it responds. I'd worry more about my tranny when you start getting into HP like that. I will hold up, but for how long is another question.

Oh yeah, I notice you don't have sub frame connectors listed in your mods. I'd get some if I were you.

I think going for more power atm would be a mistake for you. You need mods so you can properly get that power to the ground. LCA/UCA's, Subframe connectors, Shocks/struts, better trannie/diff so you can launch harder. ATM for you all more power will do is make you spin harder for longer, and probably even slow you down.
