Default ARP studs

i have a set of ARP main cap studs. is it possible to put them in just by dropping the oil pan and taking out one cap at a time without removing the engine?

You don't even have to take the main caps off. Just remove the main cap bolts and screw the studs down. Then put the nuts on.

Why are you wanting to install these on a bolton only car?

right now its bolt on only but i have other plans for it in the future. plus i have the studs just sitting here because i was starting to build a block from ground up and had bought them and some other stuff to use on it and realized i dont have the time to build it rightnow so i thought instead of having them just sitting around i could put them on my car.

I'd find something else to do with my time, this won't be an easy job, actually a pretty hard and messy joband the main bolts have never seemed to be a problem, even on a boosted car. I'd leave 'em in the box until you really need them, put them in a drawer or somewhere else where you can't see them so your not tempted to start this, good luck.
