at school trying to replace my clutch....and im at the point to take off my starter....and it SUCKS....i have 2 of 3 bolts off and the top one is a pain....ne hints?

I know you said you got it off but this will help you get that top one back on and anyone that reads this. I remove the Passenger front tire get a Very long extension and get to the bolt from in front of the K-member. It might sound like a lot but it makes it ALOT easier to get to that damned top bolt[:@]

to remove it do what BraMas said, but to put it back in, dont.I didnt put mine back in, i just used 2 out of the 3 bolts and its been fine for over a year.

Mine either. I had a 98 gt and left the third bolt out seven years ago. It's still on there.

Why does everyone have trouble with this one bolt? I went in from the front bumper all of the way to the starter. You need a really long extension and a swivel socket. It's really easy.

+1 from the front and some one on the side ( with tires turned all the way)toguide it in.. i think i used two swivles tho, but we did get it....it really is a pain in the ***
