Can a sct tuner come locked like the diablos.... i asked they guy and he said he didnt know because the shop did his tuning. Any ideas?

 

As far as I know it can be locked if it is still married to the car it was last used on.

If the guy selling it did not unlock it before selling it he is a complete douche.

If it is locked then you might try a speed shop that tunes with sct or maybe contact sct directly.........they apparently unlock tuners for a few $$.

 

If the guy selling it did not pull the tune out of his car then yes it is locked andhe f*cked you.
