WEll my Motorcrap battery is about exactly 2 years old, almost to date, lol. It has now failed me, withno warning, shocker. What kind of battery would ya'll go with? Optima red top? yellow? what colors and brands would yall recc? I dont have a loud stereo, just the stach mach 460, and if I ever listen to the radio with the engine off, its for maybe 45 minutes tops, and thats as often as an oil change so what do yall recc for these conditions?

 

Optima batteries are leading the market right now. The red top wouldn't be necessary, but and the yellow would still be more tha necessary, but a great battery.

well unfortunatly I did not get the liberty to pick. My gfs civic did not have the CCA to start my car.So we had to hop in hers and drive to the store. I had an hour to get to work, which means 30 minutes to fix it. Only pep boys locally had any optimas in stock and they did not have one that would fit mine, so I had to settle for no name crap, oh well, at leasts its done and taken care of. Thanks guys

 

my motor craft from like 7 years ago is still kickin for some reason lol. I dont see a reason to change

the optimas are supposed to be good, odysee is pricy but nice piece as well.
