Default Bassani exhaust?

I was looking into full exhaust systems for my 2000 gt and my friend who has a 01 lighting said that bassani is the best one to get. So do you guys agree. also is it worth the price

+1 on your friends opinion. i have bassani x pipe. the midlength headers and muffs can get pretty expensive... but you'd have a unique sound. not any1 can afford bassani's exhuast system

Bassani is way over priced IMO, i also dotn like the way it sounds.... but thats just me... I think the best catback for the money is Borla, then Magnaflow followed by SLP (again just opinion)

My friend has Bassani off road H and catback on his Roush 360R. Actually sound really good. But i wouldnt put it on my car. Seems to have A LOT of drone.

I love my Bassani o/r X-pipe matched up with Magnaflow mufflers.

Look for parts used man, I got my mid-pipe for really cheap.

I would not pay that much for just a catback exhaust. And to your friend who says it's "the best"., the differences in catback won't make or break your car as far as performance goes. The "BEST" exhaust is the one you feel SOUNDS the best.
