There's a little hex on top of the light for up and down. It shouldn't need left or right adjusting.....

 

There are 2 adjustment screws sticking up behind the lights 1 is for up/down and the other is for left right

 

Pull the two black brackets on the top of a headlight up and out so you can pull the whole headlight out and you can see easier where the adjusting screws are, on the top and outside. The one on the outside that adjusts side-to-side is a booger to get to when you put the headlight back in to adjust it. Advance Auto has a good headlight adjusting guide procedure on their web site.
