RE: how do i install fuel injectors?
All you do is remove the fuel rail. The fuel rail sits on top of your intake manifold, it actually goes around it. Look by your Coil-on-plug ignition coils and you'll see the metal fuel rail. They have 4 bolts holding the entire rail down. 2 Bolts on the right side of it and 2 on the left. Remove these bolts, and the rail will remove straight upward.
The injectors sit in holes alongside the intake manifold, right next to your igniton coils. When you remove the fuel rail upward, the injectors might stay in the fuel rail, or they might stay in the hole. Remove the rail and remove the injectors from the hole(if they do not come out with the rail). Be careful, they have little orings on each injector to make sure it doesnt leak when the top of it sits into the fuel rail(the bottom end of the injector sits into the hole next to the ignition coil).
Remove stock injectors, install your new injectors, making sure not to smash the rubber o-ring when you snap the fuel rail onto the top of the injector. Then put the fuel rail back into place, making sure its on top of all injectors, install the bolts, tighten them down, then your done.
Edit: haha I had a brain fart... Yea you dont have COP's, you have plug wires. Well take everywhere I put COP and relace that with plug wires haha. Sorry

He has a '97 GT ... Remember to lube or replace the o-rings. Do you have a matching MAF? Or are you getting it tuned? Why are you putting 24lbs. in?

You are going to need a special tool to pull the fuel lines. It's really cheap, and you can get it at any parts store for a couple bux. Have a rag ready, because fuel is going to go everywhere, unless you can take the pressure out of the system. There is a valve for that, but I don't know where it is.
