Default sequential taillights

I read about these and was unable to find out exactly how to make the changes. Does anyone know how this is done or where to buy a kit to do this?

There are some pre-made kits that plug directly into the wiring assemblies already in the car... other cheaper kits make you do some of the cutting and splicing yourself. There's actually a pretty wide variety of kits that do exactly what you're asking with various degrees of effectiveness. I saw what appeared to be a pretty solid one that cost somewhere around 200 bucks... could've swore I bookmarked it but it's not on my work computer. I'll have to check at home later tonight.
