wats worng with my car it seems like its back firing it never did that be4 since i got my exhaust done. wat should i do????

when i give it gas it hesitate relly bad i just got the exhaust done to day all the cats were removed. i got a bbk o/r x and flowmasters

i want to kow wat do i have to do to so that it will stop hesitateing when i give it gas do i need a tune up or do i have to turn something off with my tuner
