Default problems with exaust

has anyone had engine problems after installing their exaust. you can see what i have in my mods. sometimes my cars during WOT likes to "miss". sounds like it back fires. it does not always do this just about 25% of the time. i have replaced plugs/boots and fuel filter. still no change. the only thing i can think of it started doing it around 2 weeks after i got my new exaust. proable unrelated but i can't think of anything else the timing just seems to coincidental.

What year is your car? Could be a bad coil pack.

you don't have coil packs. only 96 to 98's do. you have coil on plug

We were thinking about doing his blower this weekend. Me, and Rich was gonna help him do it. I dont know why he's waiting to get it done. If it were mine... I would have put it on the day it ome in the mail.

oh yhea it would not have waited this long that is a nice blower. but any ideas on how to test the coils. also i notice it only seems to do it when reving in neutral and 1 and 2 gear. mabe it is because the engine is winding up so much faster. may have to take it to ford worried about what they will say about my parts. also sometimes i get a "obdII system readiness fail" if anyone knows what that means.

also i noticed when i dataloged when i mashed the gas the timing went to 5-6deg. and would slowly pick up. this is when it has it's problems. but when i ease in to WOT it does not do it. i think that readiness message has something to do with it
