I'd say yes. Might as well do it while you are in there. That way you won't regret putting a motor in and then yanking a tranny back out for a flywheel change. Flywheels are a decent improvement, as long as you got the more important upgrades done first.

yes. a flywheel and clutch are a great combo. whenever you lighten the load on your crank, you'll free up something. in this case, you'll rev up quicker.

yes you are lightening your rotating mass, there for the car will rev faster and easier. I have also heard in doing so your car will lose some torque due to the lighter rotating mass. correct me if I'm wrong

How about gears instead? But if your getting a new motor then you might as well do it.

I think you should do it while you can... those kind of mods get rid of drive train losses so you get better gas milage, faster rev times, and the holes in it might also keep it cooler.

i think im gonna do a new flywheel whenever my clutch goes. just waiting till the clutch is gone so its a good excuse to do it.

i would go with a new clutch but not a light weight flywheel...your stock one is simple and heavy, made to take the mash down of the peddles, light ones alot of the time arent as strong.
