Default INSTALLING 3.73'S

ILL BE FINALLY INSTALLING MY 3.73'S TONITE/TOMORROW. WHAT AM I IN FOR AND HOW HARD IS IT.......IM USING THE FORD RACING GEARS I HEARD THERE THE EASIEST TO INSTALL..........

ummm... you may want someone there to help you that knows a little about shimming and backlash. It isnt difficult if you have someone there that knows whats going on.

Exactly. for me its a 2 hr job. For you it might take 6. If you dont know, take youre time and get the correct tools. I actually have had more problems with FR than motive and others.

take your time and get everything positioned right the first time, it will probbably take a while and be a little aggravating at times but its well worth the time to not have to tear it apart again because you forgot or missed something

and a was allready mentioned grab someone who knows what their doing to help you out if at all possible

dh324 have you done gears before? if not I would consider doing it with someone who has, oor paying to have it done. from what I understand, it can be a little time consuming and it has to be exact. good luck either way
