if you dont want a supercharger, I'd go with everything you have listed, plus heads and cams, then you should be DEEP in the 12's, maybe, just maybe 11's? all motor is more expensive but cool as shat!

Buy me a kenne bell? LOL. I would definetally look into a kenne bell for yourself. But you can go into your internals and get a new cam, pistons, heads. That should add a few HP. And everything you listed above is good also.

Good luck finding a kenne bell and getting it in and tuned for 4500 dollars.

Procharger all the way baby.

You can get the 1.7. I don't think it even needs a tune. So they say. But yea. That is kinda pushing it.

If you add a blower to a 4.6 and don't get it tuned its going to go boom, no questions asked.

In any case, I don't get the sudden KB craze around here. Sure, they make *** loads of bottom end torque, but they still lose in a drag race every time to an otherwise equal car.

Not to mention with the KB you really need to have all of your upper intake tract replaced with aftermarket already. Eaton type superchargers are extremely sensitive to inlet restriction, which would add even more cost to his build up (its not nessicarry, but it won't develop as much power without it compared to a centrifugal).

I always loved kenne bells. And what are you looking at because a 9 PSI 1.7 kit puts out about 160 hp and 135 tq. Both numbers a rear wheel. Yes the HP takes a while to get but your not gonna run a race from 2500 RPM's anyway.

yeah...i might not have a enough money for a supercharger just because wit the install, tuning and possibly a new clutch i might not have to funds to pay for all of it. my goal is to hit 12's so hopefully all the things i want can go on for the money i have. anyone know a ballpark on how much cams install would be??
