It can be a helpful "act of desperation" type remedy if you have or have inherited a poorly maintained gunked up engine, however it isquite uneccessary in a properly cared for motor. [/align]

It did wonders for a friend's beat to heck 93' GMC Jimmy 4.3L with 293,000 miles, but so what if it would have screwed that engine up!
