Default different ? about my 75mm tb

ok as some of u may no and have helped me already my tb is messing around with my car.
but now this is the problem i have a auto, so when it is going from 2 to 3 or 1 to 2 it seems like it slips into neutral for a seconds or so then it grabs gear. has anyone ever experienced it.
my second ? since im idleing a bit higher does that make me run lean or rich i was told by 2 ppl already i will run lean.
one person said the only way to fix that is to actually dyno tune it.
any help please guys i have searched and searched but no one really says what the final thing is

there should be an idle adjustment screw on the throttle body. look at the throttle body and find where the throttle cable is hooked up. play around with it and see how it rotates to open and close. when you close it, the adjustment screw should be what stops it from closing further. you should just be able to get a screw driver and adjust the idle without any kind of tuning.

here's a picture of my throttle body ('02 GT). this is a 75mm BBK, so it should be the exact same throttle body that you have. this is the screw that you can use to adjust your idle.

That will adjust you idle, if the blade is open, and letting air in. I had this problem on my other 99 GT. I did the IAC mod, and it helped a little. The only real way to "change" the idle RPM is with a tuner.
