Default 5.4 n/a motor and lightning/harley supercharger setup

i know how big of a pain in the *** it is to put a eaton off a 03 cobra on to a 99/01 cobra but is it as big of a pain to bolt a blower off a lightning or harley f-150 onto a n/a 5.4....i know eatons arent the best im just curious

im not really familiar with the f-150's, but i assume that they are the same, so i dont see there being much problem if they're both 5.4l

The 5.4 (n/a and s/c engine) both use stock PI heads, so it should bolt on no problem. The issue your going to run in to will probably be all the hoses and accessories that go along with installing this setup in a mustang.

Thats just how it is with the cobra's, it WILL bolt up. It's the accesories that are the killer

FWIW, i would just buy a better SC meant for the 5.4 block and go with that....much easier and better performance.

You should search some normal F-150 forums. My friend wanted to do this swap and I did some research on it on those forums. It really isn't that difficult.
